Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

This is the first appointment you will have with your provider. During this appointment your provider will start with the reason you wish to be seen and your medical and psychiatric history to help establish a diagnosis and treatment plan. This appointment is 60 minutes in length. All intake forms must be completed prior to being seen.

Self Pay: $150 - $300

Follow-up Medication Management

Follow-up visits are generally 20-30 minutes in length ($150), though some patients benefit from longer 50-60 minute appointments ($300), especially when beginning care, making medication changes, or experiencing increased stressors and/or symptoms. The timing for follow-ups after your initial evaluation can vary. After starting a new medication, your next appointment will likely be in 1-4 weeks, the exact timing will vary depending on your individual needs. Established stable patients with no new medications or recent medication changes are generally seen every 1-3 months depending on their needs and the medication(s) prescribed.
